MappyMail guides are written and reviewed by the product team to explain the current service, answer a specific user question, and state important limitations without overstating what the product can do.
Product-based review
Instructions are checked against the current map, address, letter-composition, PDF-upload, preview, mailing-option, and checkout workflows.
Focused pages
Each guide is intended to answer one primary question. Closely overlapping pages are consolidated or redirected when they no longer provide a meaningfully different answer.
Clear limitations
Guides distinguish selecting a destination from identifying a person. They do not promise delivery, owner identification, complete anonymity, or results the product cannot verify.
Meaningful updates
Review dates are changed when content or product facts are substantively checked or updated, not merely to make a page appear new.
Corrections
When a product capability, limit, price, or mailing option changes, MappyMail updates affected pages and structured data so visible and machine-readable information remain consistent.
